It's pretty shocking to watch Joe 30 years ago on the Senate floor speaking with such vim and vigor. Now he's just a soft spoken, confused old man who doesn't even know where he is half the time.

Contrast with Trump who is just as energetic and lucid as he was 4 years ago.
