There is absolutely zero enthusiasm for Biden. That's why they're trying to mail ballots to everyone. Unfortunately for them, the ballots would be postage free and won't get a postmark. Every ballot received after November 3rd would have to be thrown out since no one could prove they were sent before election day. Either that or they have to require postage. Most people don't mail letters anymore, especially young people. They'd have to drive to the post office, buy stamps, and come back home to mail their ballot. Much more effort than just voting at the polls.
