Part of the problem here, in all honesty, is Harris Faulkner. I think the delay on the feed makes it appear as is she disagrees - but her expression barely changes after Newt is finished. I honestly don't think she hears everything News says. It's the harridan Marie Harf who intejects "George Soros doesn't need to be part of this converation," as if she's the boss at Fox News.
