Newsom will bar you in your house without the vaccine. Guaranteed. But since it's a third world country, I plan on bribing my local covid enforcement officer.
In CA three years ago, they took away religious and personal beliefs exemptions for school vaccinations. Then they targeted doctors who gave out medical exemptions. Lastly, the put extreme restrictions on medical exemptions. There were a couple of lawsuits, but they fizzled out. Now they’ll come for the adults.
I want to know if there will be safeguards in place to keep blue states from making it mandatory to take this vaccine.

I’m in CA, as well. Hence my concern. The forcing of masks through the businesses is how they’ll force vaccines. Just like they used the schools.
I don't know, a lot of other states are way more draconian than Newsom is being
You would hope the Constitution is that safeguard, but Dems seem hellbent on getting rid of that too.
It's been gone for a long time brother.
Any precedent for this? Pretty sure its unconstitutional to require it. But I imagine they could require it for public schools.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) Holding that smallpox vaccine mandate is constitutional.
Welp, at least you can choose which state you want to be in!
