It's feminism. Feminism indoctrinates it's devotees with the notion that they're perpetually victims. When you're victims you feel helpless therefore can never rise up to help yourself.This is what feminists want because they want you to give them power to 'help' you.

Feminism also teaches that your faults and failures are not because of 'you'. It's because of systemic sexism / racism etc etc. Because you never have any responsibility to improve, you will always wallow in self misery of failure forever blaming others for your problems.
