Would you agree that miserable people turn to liberalism more than liberalism itself makes people miserable? I know it's kind of a chicken and the egg thing, but it seems to be what I've noticed. Happier people heavily lean conservative and the more angry and miserable someone is it seems the likelihood they are libs goes way up.
They want the gubmint to take care of their every need. Which ain't happening.
Also, this life is it for them. No belief in eternal life means this is all they're ever getting.

Yes, I do agree, but I also agree that leftism makes people more miserable. Let's call it a vicious cycle.
