Finally. Let me make this clear for people in the back. As apparently there's some people who are not hearing what Barr is saying here.

If you destroy our communities or hurt our citizens under a the Soviet/antifa banner, or under a "black bloc" costume, you are an enemy of the people, by law, and will be treated as such. The punishment for betraying your country is the most extreme there is.
