I stopped being a libertarian when I realized there are groups of people who you cannot get common ground with. There are people who want to kill you. They think you're evil. They won't give you the benefit of the doubt or give you liberties that you, the libertarian, would give them. They will beat you over the head with the hammer you gave them cuz "muh libertarian ideals".
If you are a commie who supports dismantling the system then you don't get to participate in the system, in my opinion.
