It’s not exactly a recent issue, as this type of club is usually full of leftists. But there is a VERY clear “young members” against the “old guard” mentality. They have teamed up and are getting friends to join to throw our next election in their favor.

How the hell do you deal with these people!?

They say they want something, they get it, then they move the goal post. We’re losing credibility with similar and more prestigious clubs because of their sharing information and furthering strife.

It’s maddening, as a younger person working my position in the club. They think we have thousands upon thousands of dollars to spend on any little thing and can afford to pay people to do what are traditionally volunteer positions. And they think they would do such a better job when they fail at the simple tasks they are given. They are so critical of every little mistake, our current president talks about these agitators like a battered woman.

Anyway, I don’t want to see our club fail due to a few noisy children. Any and all advice is appreciated.

Good idea, but the invaders are recruiting numbers to out-vote such an idea.

That's perfect. OP, consider that.

Oh I like that! Have to be in the club so long before you’re allowed to sponsor a new member!
