It's an otherwise innocuous symbol. It's also older than those. Every indo european group has used the symbol as well as others.

I'm not attempting to argue with you. It is used by said faiths. It's part of a family of symbols based one the sun/life and geometry of a circle. As well as many other ancient symbols and runes. It originates from indo-european (dare I say Aryan,gasp) peoples. I can find you examples used by the goths in spain, etruscans,romans,greeks, celts so on and so forth. The Nazis didn't pick it because they're grifters and idiots. it's found even in the new world makes you question official anthropology and archaeology. But that's another subject.
