Doctors would have had the professional and scientific authority to stand up to them. Many of them bent the knee and went along with the hoax because they thought it would help the Democrats.
They know it works. They’re probably saving it for a Biden win to make it seem like he “handled” the pandemic.
The sick thing is that it doesn't really matter if it works. Its cheap and safe and if it has even the smallest chance of helping, your government should not be banning it. They were literally making public health decisions based solely on their TDS.

Nevada Governor, Sisolak, is not given enough credit for being one of the biggest TYRANTS participating in the insurrection against our Republic, maybe because he did not participate (as far as we know) in the nursing home mass murder conspiracy against senior citizens in his state.

The news media of almost all channels here in Nevada are firmly on his side and he has the marijuana and casino unions in his pocket as well, best shown when only the unionless Station casinos and others would reopen and have much laxer policies despite him installing police to ‘monitor’ their businesses 24/7 much earlier than when it was politically expedient.
I personally saw the nursing homes forcing possible Corana patients to stay with them. An older relative of mine was ‘thought’ to have the virus and was basically taken straight to the home despite our pleas, even having a few frivolous medical procedures to pad out the bill without our knowledge or consent.
This HCQ thing is turning out to be the single greatest piece of dirty politics I have ever heard of.
To prevent people from getting a potentially life-saving drug for the singular purpose of putting one over on one person, even a political adversary, is a Machiavellian act of heinous proportions.
Anything to ‘get Trump out”. How damn power hungry do you have to be to spite an entire population in your efforts to steal glory?

Once the election is over this will come to an end. They will say a new cocktail of HCQ, Zinc and "X" is a magic bullet. It will be labeled the "X" cocktail to avoid calling it HCQ. When politics and science join forces the people are in trouble. That is if it does not magically go away. Only a full lockdown would stop a second wave in NYC unless they are already immune.
This was one good thing DeWine did in Ohio. The Ohio pharmacy board banned the prescription of HCQ, and within 2 days DeWine slapped them upside the head and reversed it. Aside from that he's been pretty horrible.
