For the love of God, please stop paying people not to work, and please stop sending people checks.

And most of all, DO NOT send any money to states and cities who have intentionally destroyed their own economies. There will be a lot of very, very pissed off people in states who opened up months ago if they know THEY are going to be paying to bail out the likes of NY, IL, NY and CA.

If the Republicans sign on to this foolishness it will cost them.
