Around noon yesterday I started feeling like garbage. So much so that I went to bed around 8pm. Started waking up around 2:30AM (I’ll spare you the details) but I’m still feeling crappy. I really don’t want the Coof cause I am going to see my folks in about a week.

Time to mega dose on vitamin c. You'll be better quick. Add zinc and vit d, as well as quercetin to get the zinc into your cells.
