You can tell there was only three cars, becuase right after the third car (the last one) passes three media guy with their big camera step right into the road to film toward the cars. If there was more cars coming down the road they would have been stepping RIGHT IN FRONT OF A PARADE OF CARS. But there was no danger, becuase there was three cars.
I guess three cars in a row can technically be a "parade" but I think three is like the absolute minimum. Sort of like a gang with two members - Two is the minimum amount of people you need to have a "gang" and three is the minimum amount of cars you need to have a "parade".
