This is exactly what happened. Nashville has experienced a population explosion over the last twenty years, just like much of Texas, and especially over the last 10. People from the North East and Chicago have been moving therein huge numbers, sometimes at a rate of 100 a DAY .

You'll never guess why they are moving there. Low taxes. No state income tax and very low property tax combined with the Nashville culture have attracted these people in the 10s of thousands.

It hasn't stopped or even slowed down since Wuflu either. In fact, it seems like it has only sped up. The real estate market is ON FIRE right now. Houses sit on the market for maybe 3 days before they are sold, and they are getting multiple bids in that time.

What's the first thing they do when they get there? Vote D, of course.

That's why I moved.

very low property tax

Not for much longer if the Dems get their way. They're trying to raise the prop tax by 34% in Davidson county to offset lost tourism revenue from everything being shut down and increased welfare spending.

Yep. Happens all over the South. Keep your eye on Birmingham, Alabama and of course we see what has happened in North Carolina.

It sucks. I hope you moved somewhere great that people keep quiet about and cucks do not catch on to.
