Sounds like a scamdemic to me. The goal was never about keeping people safe. The goal was about destroying the economy and getting as many people in financial difficulty as possible. The masks Are about creating an appearance of danger and fear over a pandemic.
Take off masks, open up America. Get colleges in person, schools every age in person, youth sports and college sports up and running with fans in the stands. The Class of 2020 got screwed out of proms, spring sports, graduations...for a virus the vast majority of people recover from. So much for Fifteen days to Flatten the Curve.

One of the hardest things to do as a human is to be honest with yourself and admit when you've been believing a lie. I genuinely believe there are people out there that have realized the lie, but they cannot let it go. I believe this quote by Slim Charles from the Wire, "Don't matter who did what to who at this point. Fact is, we went to war and now there ain't no goin' back. I mean ... If it's a lie, then we fight on that lie." is where many of them are.

I've worked with people like that. Apparently the shame of being "wrong" is to much to bear so instead they just double down on the lie.
