I don't know how this is possible. Is it? Women, if you pee standing up, can you manipulate your bits so it goes in that direction? It's easy to say that person is a dude, but I actually want to know if it's possible.

Not a woman, but I've studied some films exploring the female anatomy, including covering their urination.
My understanding, is they would need to bend backwards, to aim the urethra outwards to the degree necessary for that horizontal trajectory.
