Dude you just don't hang around enough "regular" queer folks to know what's up. Tons of them are based as fuck. If you want to appeal to gays, lesbians, trans people, etc, just treat them like you'd treat anyone else. Treat them like normal people. It's interesting to note that many lesbians tend to act and dress more masculine... Often more so than gay people tend to. I see "butch" lesbians with popped collar polos, and cargo shorts way more often than I see men in dresses and heels.
