Well this seems to be the tactic of getting rid of 2A. Allow people to have as many guns as they want, but even brandish one or use it to defend yourself and you go to prison. This is de facto abolishment of the Second Ammendment. I am not even a gun owner and can see through this charade.
The DA pretended to be pro 2A, initially saying it was a good shoot. Then they supposedly got "surveillance video" and text messages that somehow obviously show he was not acting in self-defense when he was being choked.
Probably some jokes about shooting looters and stuff. Even still, why would you need to see what is in my phone if I shot a looter for choking me? Because they know the vet-turned-bar owner probably has some less than PC stuff on his phone...this is just disgusting. And sickening.
They know he'll be found not guilty, and they can get a grand jury to do whatever they want, but the process is the punishment.

They already have a grand jury impaneled? Hell it's taken years to get a GJ for any of the deep state coup traitors for actually committing crimes.
