I live in the greater Nashville area (not in Davidson county) and go downtown on occasion.

In my experiences, the bartenders, waitstaff and patrons are already pissed over the constant moving goalpost rules and regulations for fear of being shut down. Many of their colleagues have lost jobs, revenue and places to live. I thought the property tax hike was going to push them over the edge - but this may finally do it.
