I think it's a great gesture, and we should work on these kind of things, time and resources willing, but the funny thing is if Europeans hadn't excavated the artifacts and civilized the Native Americans, then Native Americans wouldn't have even known (or cared) about the old junk in the ground.
Plus, shouldn’t Norwegians be able to view and admire these things without having to cross the ocean? How else will they be able to appreciate Native American cultures?
