Normally, I would say to appeal the decision, but who knows what you'll get with John Roberts.

Ballots that arrive by the new deadline with missing or illegible postmarks would still be counted.

War.

"Ballots that arrive by the new deadline with Missing or illegible postmarks would still be counted"

There are NO other sane, developed country where this would be tolerated. I'm actually in shock honestly. In my country you show up at the polls ON ELECTION DAY. If you don't have photographic identification to prove who you are, you don't get to vote. Period. No mail in bullshit. No signature matching. No "vouching". No counting ballots for weeks on end. No magical ballots being found in tight races. No organised groups going house to house to collect votes.

Pretty sure it is still being challenged in federal court.

At least from what Trump tweeted here.

The Illinois ballot application says it is supposed to be postmarked by election day. Which means they can "count" votes for a week after the election minimum.

I'm a poll worker in PA. Wow, I can't believe this bullshit. PA Supreme Court is so ridiculously partisan for the Dems it's ridiculous. They also took the Green Party off the ballot today, too. And they redrew our Federal Congressional districts in 2018 to flip more districts Democrat. Fuck them.

States generally have control over how their state elections are run, BUT election day is mandated by state law.

Legal pedes, can Trump challenge this in the US Supreme Court?

So it won't make any difference if the US Code requires the electors be appointed by tuesday after the first monday every fourth year. 3 U.S. Code § 1.Time of appointing electors
