I keep wondering what has gotten her this stint on Fox. She strikes me as not having a particularly high IQ, and she's also not very articulate and definitely not driving ratings up with sex appeal. Nothing in her resume really explains why she got this gig. I agree she seems like a "disinformation plant", but she's not a very good one, so who decided to plant her?
Exactly. Faulkner just had the misfortune to be presiding over the segment, and then got stuck with a producer babbling something into her ear while she was alone on camera and nobody else was talking. It was mainly a fuck-up on the porduction side. Not clear if Francis made her comment on her own initiative, or if that was in response to a producer's instruction.
The segment was ending anyway, and Gingrich was allowed to finish his statement, and even squeeze in a couple of comments after Francis and Harf commented about not bringing Soros into this.
Seriously, it sounds like he not only donates money but has his own staff providing the copy to be included in articles:
he repeatedly attempted to peddle a right-wing trope about philanthropist George Soros
Soros, who is Jewish, has been the focus of anti-Semitic tropes for years, including by many Fox News personalities and guests—mainly dabbling in the Soros-as-political-puppeteer conspiracy theory long popular in far-right circles.
What a smug let them eat cake finish... To a blatant Biased cover up of an Honest statement by Gingrich. (What other topics/persons are on the list of "Verboten" by Fox Producers?)
She’s not the offender. Melissa Francis should apologize and Marie Harf, the annoying harpy, needs to just go away permanently.

If Harris Faulkner wants to apologize, she should bring him back on.

Soros must donate to the Daily Beast for that type of write up.

"a Soros conspiracy theory"? tells you all you need to know
Fuck her, disingenuous bullshit.
Too Little Too Late

Just stop watching Fox easiest answer.
