There is a serious mental health problem.
Did they put something in black peoples' vaccines? Do they all ahve autism and bipolar disorder?
The USA and slavery it doesn't matter it was 3 generations ago and most blacks in the USA are newly landed immigrants. first and second generation immigrants. They didn't come here because of slavery. They came here because warlords control their countries and would put them to work or death.

Genetics are linked to intelligence. Certain levels of intelligence are required to participate in certain civilization constructs.
The only conversation that needs to be had is unsuppressing this settled science.
