From the Emancipation Proclamation in 1870, to the first 40 years afterwards, black illiteracy rate went from 80% to 30% - one of the single most greatest outcomes in history.

What has led to the current destruction of blacks in America is:

*Lack of God (leads to lack of character)

*Lack of fathers in the home (replaced by government)

*Minimum wage laws

*Poor role models (Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Farrakhan
