Would NBC news be painting the fired employees as crazy bigots?

I think religion is nonsense but people have the right in this country to believe whatever the hell they want. If a religious person says they can't wear gay pride shit because it's against their religion it's part of their 1A protections and Kroger is violating their rights to fire them for it.
