My family was from Scotland and didn't make it until 1710.

Not sure if Ulster Scots, but I imagine so. Guess we would have arrived sooner, had the sojourn in Ireland not slowed us down.

Between 1607 and 1776 it's British history, after 1776 it's American history.

Actually during the 1600s it’s mainly just English history.

Scotland and England didn’t properly unite until the early 1700s
