Know where you'll find Systemic Racism? Among people who refuse even the notion that they can be racist. I'll admit that there's a couple racist shitheads among my racial demographic, as would many others in that demographic. But when you find someone who goes "No, none of us are Racist, it's IMPOSSIBLE for my people to be Racist!" then that guy... is a Racist.
