Since he'll have to take the vaccine first to be a leader etc. He should publicly invite Biden to take it with him at the same time. It's a win win, Biden shows up he's creating "unity" and the vaccine is blessed by both sides. Biden doesn't show up he's an anti-vaxer and is putting politics before lives.
