No, the Trump admin did not get rid of phase four testing. Several vaccines have already failed phase three. If something passes, it most likely works.

Technology and medical advancements have made a lot of progress since 2001. There are risks for all medicines, including vaccines. And you say they can’t test for long term cancer, like that doesn’t apply to all other vaccines. However, that doesn’t happen, does it?

Wrong. Vaccines take usually 3-5 years. So technically, you could use the same arguments for all vaccines.
