China then declared that assigning it's origin is racist. This means that if someone claims that calling covid-19 the wuflu, wuhan virus, china virus, etc. is racist, then that person is using a talking point of the government of China and is taking the side of China in an international dispute between China and the US. If that person is a US citizen, IMO they are a traitor to their country.
