Right outside Scranton, I've been seeing a 60/40 biden/trump split. Not liking it.

looks like that’s not far out of line with how the county voted in 2016.

Democrats who are begrudgingly voting for Trump are not going to put out signs. And a lot of average joe Trump voters aren’t going to put out signs because they don’t want to deal with the harassment and ostracizing.

Just a thought.

A shared thought.

Thank those that make MAGA public.

A 40% Trump sign showing in that type of area is a fantastic show of force.

You should try living in Centre County, aka Little Leningrad. The local demonrat organization has been handing out Bidet signs to anyone who'll take them, to reduce the unfavorable preponderance of Trump signs (including the one in my yard).

But I've been wearing a big TRUMP 2020 button since March, and everywhere I go, I get favorable remarks about it. The enthusiasm is everywhere. There are a lot of trump people, even here in the Asshole of Central Pennsylvania. And between the towns, the roads are lined with nothing but Trump signs. Only truly massive election fraud could even hope to reduce the certainty of this being a Trump state.

Doesnt Centre county have a massive state college?

Also known as the Pennsylvania State University, a huge, stinking hive of festering leftism.

It's a city, and the surrounding "cities" therein, which are typically democrat but have gained republican popularity.

What about the surrounding cities therein? I don't follow this comment. Sorry.

Scranton itself is a city, obviously, but there are several cities within a stones throw of the city limits. You can go through about 4 or 5 cities in about 20 minutes of driving. That's why a lot of people refer to everything as "Scranton" but really it's Scranton, Dickson City, Olyphant, Peckville, Moosic, Taylor, Old Forge, etc.

It's sort of like Jersey in the sense that there is a million towns in a very small area.

It's a city that used to be a small town surrounded by nearby small towns. Now they're all decent sized cities that bump up against each other. They're all known as Scranton but they're actually several different areas squished together.

A lot of places are like this.

gained republican popularity well i think times are changing for them

Irrespective of politics, Biden would have a hometown advantage in Scranton in particular. People from relatively small places want to see one of their own in the White House.
