Kenosha Kyle is a model citizen. If things don’t go well for him, I am sure some good hearted heroes will break him out of prison and establish an Autonomous Zone of their own.
I'm sure the police (who are on our side 100%) will recognize the injustice of the whole situation and do the right thing and let him go if he spends more time in jail himself than all the rioters combined. Surely they'd never just follow orders if the given orders are immoral.
Establishing autonomous zones ain't so easy. Militia compounds up in the northwoods of WI would do. Rather than busting him out of wherever he's being held, I'd rather overpower the Courthouse.

The police arrested Kyle. They didn't arrest the man who went on CNN after pointing a pistol at Kyle's head execution style.
