Then when he was on the ground he only shot the people directly attacking him and EVEN when the pistol guy feigned surrender he didn't pull the trigger. Only when the pistol guy suddenly lunged at him again did he shoot his bicep off and did not continue firing when the threat was neutralized.
And there was an AntiFa guy maybe 10-15 yards away with a big baton at the 2nd encounter, but because he wasn’t acting threateningly, Kyle didn’t shoot him.
