Reply STOP and send to email or text recipients. I did that and received an automatic message in seconds. I agree with the WinRed and RNC aggressive outreach—it’s ticking off quite a few patriots. My sense is those 2 groups want more money for Republican down ballot voting. IMHO Just saying. PS: also received 3 mailers requesting donations within days of donating to WinRed

Stop doesn’t work.

Every few hours it’s another message begging for money from another phone number. Often in the same format or similar format to the one you just told to STOP.

I gave the Trump campaign $1000 and I terribly regret telling them my cell number now. Constant distractions while I am seeing patients, etc.

  1. Create a contact called Spam.
  2. Block the Contact.
  3. Add the campaign text # to existing Spam contact.
  4. Add all unwanted messages, phone calls, etc. to this contact.

If you ever change your mind, delete the number from the contact, everything returns to normal.
