There's a circle of people, it could be 20 or 200, and only once peace becomes more profitable would they permit peace to "breakout" in Palestine. Palestinians will have a very corrupt "peace" but maybe once they stop lobbing missiles and start having nice things they can turn some of that "activism" inward and clean those people out.
Wait and see, when the dust settles, Palestine will begrudgingly accept that the peace deals are good for them as well
