There's a circle of people, it could be 20 or 200, and only once peace becomes more profitable would they permit peace to "breakout" in Palestine. Palestinians will have a very corrupt "peace" but maybe once they stop lobbing missiles and start having nice things they can turn some of that "activism" inward and clean those people out.
