I agree with what you said, but you missed one point. He says the government tells her what crops to plant under the guise of drawing carbon out of the air. That is if they allow her to plant anything due to the government placing all of her land into the "land bank" and declaring she needs more open land. This is really going back to the government paying her to not plaint crops and limiting the nation's food production. The second half of what he said was meaninglessness, he babbled on about it because he thought it was connected to farming.

Her question: Over regulation hurts farmers in the US. How will you decrease these regulatory burdens for farmers and US businesses as a whole.

Biden: You can make more money putting land in land banks. You can be paid for planting crops.

Analysis: uhh... that may help ease regulatory burden if you want to submit to either of those things. Doesnt decrease it.

Biden: Regulations related to fertiziler and water tables. Chicken manure pollutes Chesapeake bay. You can pelletize this to take out manure damage. We can create jobs in communities related to this. That's how you continue to farm without polluting

Analysis: uhhh... so regulations will be burdensome and I have to make changes?

Yep, the way to deal with over- regulation is simply even more more targeted regulation. The only thing that really does is create more government.....and low and behold certain members of Congress just happen to already be invested in manure pellet production and happen to soon be able to afford two subzeroes with freezers full of $10 a pint ice cream.

This entire Covid scam is to make liberals think that the reason no one shows up to Biden events is because of the pandemic.
