Ballots will also "only be counted for 3 days, the ending being Friday" is what I remember hearing.

Not quite right. The PA supreme court ruled that if there is no post mark or if the postmark is illegible then they will be counted unless they can be shown to be cast after the election date by a preponderance of the evidence, meaning more likely than not. So if a ballot with no postmark shows up and nobody can say when it was cast it will be counted. They are definitely preparing to cheat and it suggests they think they’re going to lose PA otherwise.

If I was going to cheat I in a place that mails out ballots to everyone I would use voter history to ID people not likely to vote. I would then generate fake ballots for them. Matching signatures don't matter we know. If I have the election board tallies of who voted, I just remove duplicates from my stack of fakes and drop the off with my friends at the board of election the day after the election when I know how many I need. I will throw a smattering of R votes to make it look good.
Every time I see a story like this, I can't help but think, whatever happens this November, it's going to be bad. Really bad.

That's a shame. Surprised I missed that unless that was later on in the day. I didn't listen much today, was too busy losing my family in court.

The saving grace is that trump is going to win so many states and they don't control enough of them to screw it up and accomplish their goals.
If enough people vote in person, it won't matter what happens three weeks later.

Fortunately the legislature determines voting rules, not the court. So the PA legislature is Republican. Than can try and fix this nonsense.
