As I read some of the charges' - 'faxed documents' - I think the charges are bogus..... and in no way should the candidate not be allowed to 'make the correction'
in any case - the penalty should not be 'removed from ballot' - it should be a fine with time (3 days or so) to correct...
Killing the candidate campaign for this is equivalent you getting a death sentence for driving 1 mph over the speed limit.
The pA democrat court is worried about the greens. That’s why they enforced the rules strictly.
Now voting signatures? Ballot turn in? Notsomuch. Anything goes.
