it is the bastard child of critical gender theory.
What use to be women that knew their physical limits, but wanted to mostly do dispatch and what they could when it is everybody 'hands -on -deck' in a fire station, became crossdressing men, claiming to be the most oppressed women of all- wanting the right to sue people he doesn't know for sole custody of their child - if he suspects their 4 year-old child is transgender.
I think all of this comes from thinking that reality is subjective. Once you decouple your mind from objective reality, all nonsense, insanity, inversion, and debauchery is on the table because, well, why not?
The results of my little experiment demonstrate, at the very least, that some fashionable sectors of the American academic Left have been getting intellectually lazy. The editors of Social Text liked my article because they liked its conclusion: that "the content and methodology of postmodern science provide powerful intellectual support for the progressive political project". The socialists realized, at the very end of the 19th century/beginning of the 20th, that a more shall we say lucrative and easier way to insinuate their ideas into societies was to tack them on to ideas of racial and gender equality. In order to understand how this could be so you have to consider the times -- and that they are still using the same arguments today. They tacked on their twisted ideology to the better angels of our nature...and thus trapped us all: you can't talk about race or gender relations without getting mired down in their muck. You can talk about social ills without it. You can't talk about conservation without it. But they never cared about any of it -- it was all simply a means to an end, concealment for their true designs, and a way to ensnare. Socialism is of the devil, and should be treated as such.
Good point. Thanks for bringing that up. I admit I hadn’t heard of critical legal theory, but after reading about it as well it appears it is the baseline or at least common thread of which ties together crt and other such absurdities. And surprise surprise, it’s biggest influence starting with the new deal and working its way through civil rights and all the messes we have today. I could be wrong. But I see most of our troublesome political narratives starting near the 20s with Wilson and 30s with FDR around the time of FDRs long arm of government reach programs. history of critical legal theory
That parent post brings back memories of browsing the chan image boards. The spammer always had a picture irrelevant to the thread, and the text was either "i'll just leave this here..." or "elon musk was right!" with a picture of a wristwatch.
It at all possible, it's worse than that. More like "brown/black little brothers incapable of doing anything for themselves because of evil white man, so need big daddy government to do everything for them because of evil white man" -- it makes all whites evil, all non-whites incompetent by nature (and thus incapable of improving their lot), and all state control necessary and the best of all possible worlds, of course.
In fact, they are marxist insurgents who are working to replace our Republic with a global, totalitarian state. While I agree that the low level people may be brainwashed, those at the top know exactly what they are doing which is working to turn the hearts and minds of Americans against their country and countrymen.
This is having a huge domino effect that I did not see coming, but am very happy about. 4d chess. Just about everyone who looks into this critical race theory is getting red pilled. A lot of younger people had no idea that what they were being taught in school had a name.
I love having a competent commander in chief. Ending Critical Race Theory (at least until a person's old enough to analyze it critically instead of being indoctrinated) is so big I never even thought to hope for it despite Trump's victory being the cultural war slam dunk I know we needed.
No that’s stupid. Same goes for being proud of being black or any color. You didn’t do anything to be that color. If you take pride in doing nothing then you are setting yourself up to be an extremely lazy individual.
Disagree- I take great pride in all of the accomplishments of my race. That’s like saying you can’t be proud to be an American because you didn’t control where you were born. I am proud to be a straight, white male. Proud to be Christian, proud to be American and dang proud of America, and so on.
I don't think he's saying he won't pushback against hating whites, just that you should be proud of accomplishing things and your choices in life, not the color of your skin or any other thing you are born into this world with.
For instance:
I'm proud of what I've done (that's good! I have plenty of things to not be so proud of as well!); I'm for the most part happy with the choices I've made...but they have little to do with my pigmentation or ethnic background (I mean, I wish being able to invent like Da Vinci was part and parcel...but regrettably it is not; I'm on my own there). My racial/ethnic composition I'm ok with, and if other people aren't, well they can bugger off -- I like being me...and me is on the pale end of the spectrum...but I'm more than just that.
Disagree, I can be proud of being white, part of the white race, part of a larger group than myself without falling to laziness. If anything the accomplishments of ancestors drives me to better myself and leave an imprint on the world the way they did.
Every other race is takes pride in what they've done as a whole. Asians, Arabs, Blacks, Indians (dot) they all do so why shouldn't we? Take pride in what our ancestors have done and look forward as we stand on the shoulders of giants.
Yeah they do and it’s fucking stupid. I think less of them for taking pride in something that they had no say in. I take pride in what my ancestors have done, but you’re retarded if you think every white person in human history is your ancestor.
No need to be so aggressive. I'm simply stating that it's not "fucking stupid" as you've described. Also, no crap not every white person is my ancestor, still doesn't change what they've accomplished.
I agree you're right we shouldn't take great personal pride, nor shame; Slavery wasn't our fault, and we didn't defeat Britain for our independence. If my friend is promoted, it's not my success, but I feel proud that someone whose values and traits I hold in esteem have succeeded with those. If he were to steal or cheat, I would feel ashamed because I value him and find his actions to debase him. This shame would lead me to try and change him, and presumably my sense of shame in him would further drive him to betterment if he likewise values me. I am an 'other' and can help ground him when his reasoning lead him to do something bad.
It's like that, a slightly different kind of pride or shame; I am ashamed of slavery in that it was a horrible violation of liberty and it propagated. I am not personally responsible, but feels bad, man. I didn't fight in the Civil War against it, but I'm proud that values I inherited and hold in esteem were carried out to successfully end slavery.
You choose to believe your religion; you can take pride in acts past heroes in your faith have been driven to by that same faith, from battle glory to works of art. I'm an atheist, but I have to say, religion, in particular Christianity has inspired the most amazing music and art pieces I've ever seen. If someone feels a similar spark, some pride is natural even if one can't produce anything as amazing. It's a connection. It's what creates a culture of our choices.
The type of pride others speak of is based on a sense of 'self' and 'other' which in certain spheres of life extends beyond the self---in more collectivist cultures, the 'inner' sphere expands beyond the self more frequently. In America, it's usually more strictly 'you', but we do still have a certain sense of belonging, identity, and division--it's why the wall matters. It's why the left is so eager to make sure minority groups identify as that minority rather than Americans---see yourself as the victim and Americans (which you are also) as 'them' rather than 'you'--see yourself as your race, we can divide you more easily.
In summary, the pride people are speaking of in their race is not as strong as pride in your own choices and actions, but an understandable feeling that comes with being a social animal. Your view on what calls for more pride is correct, but the other pride is natural and appropriate.
The reason white people have the most advance societies is because of individualism. You are talking about the negative effects of white guilt, which I agree are a problem. No one should feel guilty about something that they have literally no control over, just like no one should feel prideful about something they have no control over.
Well, one of the greatest game tricks the socialists have played on the world is to get people talking in terms of group collective. So, from another stance: the best way to win is to not even play that game (or allow it to be played upon you).
And, from the "let's play that game" standpoint: the spirit of individualism is what drove Western civilization (aka. white people) to the heights it accomplished (which I say with all humility are soaring heights). I refuse to give up that birthright!
No, I just don't believe I should go around going "whew, yeah! I'm awesome because Verdi was awesome!". It's not like I'm automatically the possessor of great musical skills just because some of my ancestors hailed from the same piece of soil. Same with Theodore Roosevelt or the moon landing astronauts -- they're American, but I didn't do any of those great things.
Am I proud of Verdi, Teddy, and the astronauts? Of course -- who wouldn't be? I can be proud of the country and/or civilization that produced them; I can be happy/grateful that I belong to the same. I can logically reason out that some elements were there in both country and civilization that produced such greatness and say these are worth defending. I cannot boast of my own importance because I was lucky enough to be born into something. I can only stand on my own merits at the end of the day. Likewise, I should also note that this makes me capable of rejecting the not so meritorious: I don't feel the least bit of kinship with Mitt Romney although we are both Americans, nor was Benito Mussolini my "brother" simply because his last name and my maiden one ended with an "i". Nancy Pelosi? My mother and father never knew her!
And I can be comfortable within my own skin -- I'm nobody important, but I like me; I like my life; thus far it hasn't been a totally regrettable one; I've even hit some high notes of which I'm proud. Part of me is what I physically look like (it is only a part or parts of me though, not the whole) -- I'm accepting of it, enough so that anyone who takes issue with it obviously has problems beyond anything I can or should address (and this too, my physical self, has been in some measure quite beyond my control; it is my innate, unchangeable reality -- I can't do anything about it even if I would want to, so I've opted to live and be happy with it). I refuse to stand on others' merits, but I also refuse to own other people's hangups (like taking umbrage at my complexion or what I've got between my legs, for instance).
EDIT: Sorry for the ramble, but I thought this was important: I don't like critical race theory because it is unjust and ugly -- it is...racist. And of course I don't want to see white people go extinct...for one simple reason; the world would be a far more boring and smaller place if some of its variety was lost (and of course, I like me, and me and my progeny are white...so simple biological survival).
The only people receptive to individuality and non-racial thinking is white people, who are already acting with extreme individuality and without racial identity.
Meanwhile, non-whites are acting collectively and racially, and absolutely killing us.
We have to take the world as it actually is, in the here and now.
Our nations are being flooded with arabs, blacks and hispanics. Our own children are being taught to hate themselves, their country and it's heroes. They are being taught to hate Western Civilization, all its created and it those that built it.
Almost don't know how to answer your question. Are you from 1990? Yes, our superior economic and military power defeated the Soviet Union. Great job, guys!
Now, fast forward 30 years to the present, the issue of race is topical. You might have heard of the rioting and BLM. The OP mentioned critical race theory. These are some of the important issues of the day.
As of yet, our mighty nuclear submarines and stealth fighters have not defeated critical race theory or intersectionality, nor have they convinced the xirs and blue haired lesbians to vote Republican.
As for our economy, I would suggest looking into the advertising and HR departments of our great capitalist enterprises, as well as the shows put out by Disney and Netflix.
It is completely self serving. They take on guilt so they can feel good about themselves while feeling bad. Because they think they are so compassionate they are willing to damn themselves. It is a virtue signal to themselves and to the world.
They are like drug addicts and the drug is white guilt and saving minorities. That is why they flip out when "oppressed groups" turn on the Woke ideology and question them. They go full racist bigot. The drug supply is being messed with.
Nobody should ever apologize for the actions of others because of their race, and shame on democrats for propagating this lie top down through our institutions. They teach actual racism, with a hard 'r', against blacks and whites. It's disgusting.
The only way that happens is with PT's reelection and cleaning out RINO / globo filth in Congress.
President Trump can appoint anyone he wants, but the Senate will just keep rejecting them until they get another big government globalist seditionist in there.
No. He could appoint someone in a temporary capacity (i.e., like when Ric Grenell was acting DNI), but eventually that would go to court and would lose.
Congress is the key, and rightfully so. This is a failure of We the People to allow Congress and D.C. grow the government so much and become so anti-America and corrupt.
I blame about half of our problems with the deep state on federal workers unions. The other half is a combination of RINO members of Congress, the military industrial complex, and foreign money (i.e. CCP, Soros, Carlos Slim, etc.).
As far as I’m aware, that hasn’t actually happened for any of Trump’s appointments yet. If they’re going to reject his appointments, force them to do it. Force the Senate to actually vote on it so we can root out the traitors.
Probably in private or indirectly. Trump team had issues with cabinet nominations due to transition team hiccup. Names were often floated and Senators often voiced the names they supported. When short lists were floated the GOP would be vocal. Ratcliffe on his first go around was not supported but also not rejected by GOP senators publically. Trump pretty much served up potential winners. DaVos was the only one I recall being the closest to not getting approved. Most withdrew before a vote was made.
Like sandmann. Bunch of bigots harassing minors for hours? Look the other way because of their race. Grown man gets confrontational with kids getting close enough to be threatening? Look the other way because of his race. Kid awkwardly smiles and just stands there literally doing nothing wrong? Gotta lynch him, he’s white.
Move it up here. ... My good friend J-- Jo- uh- Moe is running against him now, after the second fiddle we're gonna take black the white house and focus on the thing, in the last hundred years, you know what I mean, c'mon man! End of quote.
Look at this shit. There are all kinds of divisions in the DOJ.
Each one of them has its own freaking office of Diversity and Inclusion - staffed with people who hate conservatives and Trump - and basically collect salaries for sitting around all day figuring out ways to annoy whites, guilt-trip them and race-bait them.
Since their bullshit Racial Training has been "postponed" - they are going to try to get it reinstated.
In the meantime, each office is going to continue all their other dozens of activities designed to brainwash, annoy and distract employees with bullshit racial theories.
These fucking offices need to be removed ASAP.
"“It does not appear that the Division has much, if any, discretion related to postponing the training at this moment,” Matthew Hammond, assistant chief of the department’s division’s telecommunications and broadband section, wrote in an email obtained by MarketWatch. “We were excited about this training. We had received a lot of positive responses about the training, and we were looking forward to it.”
Hammond, a member of the division’s diversity committee, added: “I know many of you are as disappointed as we are, and many employees will be as well. Hopefully the guidance will be issued soon, and there will be a way forward.”
Sounds like government agencies are empire-building, just like colleges do. Adding on ever increasing bullshit that raises the cost of education that students have to pay for. In this case, we taxpayers foot the bill.
"I hope we once again have reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There's a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: As government expands, liberty contracts."
You do understand that these Offices of Diversity and Inclusion exist for the sole purpose of producing racial bullshit to harass employees, right ?
If you remove one training - they will come out with fifteen other programs. I'll create one right now : a Racial Consciousness Essay Contest ( that's one thing they do in my office ).
What he means by that is - "If I don't see you looking excited at our next diversity event, I'm going to make a mental note of that for your performance review".
It's the Left's version of Original Sin. Here's the bad news: in the religion of the Left, there is no redemption and no forgiveness. You can only be scapegoated and exiled to the wilderness (cancel culture).
I strongly believe this. White privilege is the original sin.
I'm an atheist. I think Christianity understood that humanity is naturally inclined to self guilt; so Christians describe the original sin and then say that it's resolved by Jesus, thus freeing humanity from its self loathing.
Like you say, white privilege is a sin that has no redemption. This is why every survey consistently shows that leftists are less happy in life.
Downvote me but there is some value in thinking about unconscious bias. VALID examples are things related to evaluating an employee such as recency bias or personal relationship. Obviously anything about white man bad isn’t.
"Bias" is a Marxist term to make people stupid. Our brain sees patterns and wants to make logical decisions on them.
Try to name a legitimate bias. You can't. Of course ceteris paribus I'm going to listen more to the employee who's been in the company for years compared to a new employee.
Exactly. I'd rather keep working with someone I spoke with and especially if I trust their personal situation. These 'biases' reflect what function best for us in work.
Implicit bias. Doctors possess it when dealing with obese patients. They assume they aren't health conscious and care for their body in all facets. Just cause tubbo likes mayo doesn't necessarily insinuate he's not mindful of his medications, injuries, therapy etc.
You're misunderstanding implicit bias. The fat person takes his insulin, he consumes his multi vitamins and takes his blood pressure meds. In medicine that is a compliant patient who is mindful of his health. However, most doctors would assume, that because of the implication of being obese, that the patient is not taking his meds and does not care about nutrition at all. That is how an unconscious bias can impact our expectations for the circumstance.
Another example, a sheltered, privileged white kid who sees authority as safety will implicitly trust an officer who is patrolling through his neighbourhood. Rather, an underprivileged, single-mothered black kid would view a cop patrolling through his neighborhood negatively.
Our experiences shape our understandings and we build patterns to make sense of things. We are not robots who think in binary absolutes. Humans are tribal.
You know how every human being has their own perception of reality, well if you're white you should internalize that you're wrong and non-whites perception of reality is correct.
One of the greatest tragedies of the information era is how inefficient humans have become in an increasingly efficient workplace.
How many millions, if not BILLIONS of man-hours have been utterly wasted on mandatory sensitivity training/critical race theory/Marxist bullshit courses by HR departments across the world over the past 2 decades?
It has to be banned from public education. This is poisoning rational thought from a young age. Look at how radicalized people get from four years of this shit in universities. A kid raised on 1619 project and crt is going to be an absolute psychological nightmare of an adult.
Still remember my University had us do one of those as a homework assignment. Even the lefties in the class were getting results that said they were biased against x,y,z and they were like, nah that's some bullshit.
To be fair, I remember some of them saying they were biased against whites even though they were white, and they were confused. You could be right since white guilt. I think others were biased against asian. Only conclusion I can draw there is that it was an engineering school filled with Chinese foreign students.
The irony is that the original researchers that started all this nonsense about unconscious bias have washed their hands of it and keep publicly saying that their research is not robust enough to justify these kinds of test or this training. This is just the latest grift of the white-guilt con artists.
There's a huge industry around holding companies hostage with legal (and illegal) threats until they implement this kind of training. Read about Jesse Jackson, to get started down the rabbit hole.
It's going to require a sea change at the public school level. I doubt the people who have benefitted from our current lopsided education system are particularly motivated to stop the brainwashing of children outside their elitist bubble.
That's why school choice is important. I expect that if school choice increases, then the disruption will create a double down effect (because SJWs always double down) and scare people out of the system even more.
The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DIE) that is taking hold and gaining power in every branch of the government and every corporate office in America.
I think that question will take you as far down the rabbit hole as you want to go, back to John Dewey and beyond. At this point, I don't think it's as important to find its origins as it is to simply fight it. Whatever answers you get are going to lead to the same conclusion: cut out the cancer.
Isn't it peculiar that other white people would foist this upon other white people, to harm their career opportunities and empower racists who hate white people.
Yes, and the problem is, there is only Original Sin, which means no redemption and no forgiveness. Once you have acknowledged your sin, you are exiled and banished to the wilderness (cancel culture). It's sick and very primitive.
“It does not appear that the Division has much, if any, discretion related to postponing the training at this moment,” Matthew Hammond, assistant chief of the department’s division’s telecommunications and broadband section, wrote in an email obtained by MarketWatch.
Okay here’s my reaction: FUUUUUUUUCK YOU. Excited, my ass. Excited to indoctrinate people into racism, you mean. FUCK YOU HAMMOND.
HESCBCPDVSGGEOTUS is the ONLY one standing up to this nonsense. Hey republicans, the President could use some help for once! Otherwise the republicans will be the ones hiding in their basements while the Harris\biden paramilitary are on the hunt. Republican leaders need to be visible and stand up now or they will be forced to kneel and burn later.
How about removing any tax payers money out of any program that teaches this shit. This needed to happen 3 years ago when they removed common core out of the budget and system!!
Finally someone has the nuts to do this. I got hooked by some SJW causes pimping that CRT in the early 2000’s - took advantage of my rather compassionate inclinations and my naive youth.
Peddling a bunch of stuff that’s didn’t match with reality, no actual solutions to the problems they described, etc etc.
Abolish all "diversity committees" that cannot articulate, or even recognize, any unintended negative consequences of their actions. Our 'diversity' specialists have been low-bidder affairs recruited from pools of biased (racist!) activists.
If anyone feels these positions are justified -- recruit them from trained debating teams who come fully prepared to debate both sides of an issue -- and at the beginning of the meeting, flip a coin.
Given the amount of conscious bias we've seen in the swamp dwellers who infect all these departments, with their TDS ... I'd say the next step is pretty obvious:
Eliminate all the offices of 'Diversity and Inclusion', no matter WHAT they are called.
Good.
The people who came up with "critical race theory" are basically "unconscious".
It's as if their brains are stuck in a death loop and need to be rebooted.
it is the bastard child of critical gender theory.
Ive been looking into the history of it and I believe the original was critical legal theory. It all stems from that commie idea.
I think all of this comes from thinking that reality is subjective. Once you decouple your mind from objective reality, all nonsense, insanity, inversion, and debauchery is on the table because, well, why not?
Nihilism, nonsense, dishonesty, and fake scholarship.

It’s fake nihilism. They are communists. They couldn’t destroy capitalism fair and square, so they created postmodernism to destroy everything.
Really? I thought it derived from John Money, who created the theory - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Money

"Critical race theory" is really just "Criticize whites theory".
I'd also call it "Animal Farm theory". Person of color good. Non-person of color bad. That's the entire theory summed up
It at all possible, it's worse than that.
I'm a color... A have an RGB value
I'd take it even further than that and describe it as an all out war on reason and logic.
A weaponized cult of deliberate retardation.
So their brains are running Windows Me
More like Windows "Me me me me me it's all about me myself and I and what I care about"
Lmao, exactly. I realized after I wrote it that it works on both levels.
Yep and the technical support ran out a decade ago.
In fact, they are marxist insurgents who are working to replace our Republic with a global, totalitarian state. While I agree that the low level people may be brainwashed, those at the top know exactly what they are doing which is working to turn the hearts and minds of Americans against their country and countrymen.
They were snake-oil salesmen prior to developing their bullshit "critical race theory."

White guilt is one of the most repulsive attributes a person can possess
It is OK to be white.
Its a very very simple statement of fact. Nothing more.
I LOVE WHITE PEOPLE
AMAZIN'
Saw Jesse Lee Peterson in my mind's eye reading your comment to me, and it was awesome.
No, it's okay to be proud of being white.
No that’s stupid. Same goes for being proud of being black or any color. You didn’t do anything to be that color. If you take pride in doing nothing then you are setting yourself up to be an extremely lazy individual.

I chose to be Christian, I’m proud of that. I choose every day to live in the US, I’m proud of that. I don’t choose to be white every day though.
It's OK to like what you are, whether you chose it or not.
Agreed.
That's fine m8 if you want somewhere where hating whites won't get pushback you have the entire rest of the internet to signal on
I don't think he's saying he won't pushback against hating whites, just that you should be proud of accomplishing things and your choices in life, not the color of your skin or any other thing you are born into this world with.
For instance: I'm proud of what I've done (that's good!
Don't know why you're getting so downvoted.
By your own logic that's fucking stupid though because you had no say or part in it.
Are you a leftist? You can't maintain a line of logic so I'm thinking so
He's a faggot
In what way are they killing us? I don’t agree that they are. Our economies and militaries are still way stronger.
Our nations are being flooded with arabs, blacks and hispanics. Our own children are being taught to hate themselves, their country and it's heroes. They are being taught to hate Western Civilization, all its created and it those that built it.
Those things were true. But we’re winning now.
Larry Elder wrote a book...the 10 things you cant say in america... a while back.
Black racism is worse than white racism
White condescension is worse than white racism.
Plus 8 more....
... and here we are.
Nobody should ever apologize for the actions of others because of their race, and shame on democrats for propagating this lie top down through our institutions. They teach actual racism, with a hard 'r', against blacks and whites. It's disgusting.
But it also includes asians, smart black people and other races
Now do the FBI with their white supremacist bullshit.
They would rather ignore black supremacists burning down cities and terrorizing people driving on roads.
I've been bitching about that POS swamp rat Wray since 2017. I sincerely wish President Trump would fire his ass.
The only way that happens is with PT's reelection and cleaning out RINO / globo filth in Congress.
President Trump can appoint anyone he wants, but the Senate will just keep rejecting them until they get another big government globalist seditionist in there.
I was thinking he could keep making a "temporary" appointment. I want Ric Grenell in there, haha.
cant he override them?
They rejected several on a list before Trump nominated them.
Did that happen privately or did they reject the nominees in a vote?
Probably in private or indirectly. Trump team had issues with cabinet nominations due to transition team hiccup. Names were often floated and Senators often voiced the names they supported. When short lists were floated the GOP would be vocal. Ratcliffe on his first go around was not supported but also not rejected by GOP senators publically. Trump pretty much served up potential winners. DaVos was the only one I recall being the closest to not getting approved. Most withdrew before a vote was made.
Same here, on both counts. Remember the "TrUsT wRaY" nonsense? Sad.
Yes, "trust Wray" got me banned from 8chan because I went on there to tell them how full of shit they were, haha. Oh well, no loss. :)
Now THAT's funny.
I always viewed Q's "Trust" comments to have opposite meaning for some by what follows.
I viewed it as "Trust" Wray is swamp that will fail. "Trust" the appointment of Wray. Deep State should not "Trust" Wray.
Isn't antifa mostly white liberal supremacists? They destroyed many black-owned businesses and neighborhoods. Kinda like the kkk.
White Marxists.
They're promoting black supremacy.
The number of actual white supremacists left in the US couldn't fill a Greyhound bus.
Now un-program the programming.
This is why I voted for Trump
And why we will again*
WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY? YOU'RE GETTING NERVOUS MAN!
You sound mentally unstable. Have you considered running against GEOTUS?
C'mon man. I'll take any test you want. We can do push-ups right now. What are you, a junkie?
Rub my hairy legs, cockroach!
Shhh.... places finger delicately on your lips
Let me sniff you
Move it up here. ... My good friend J-- Jo- uh- Moe is running against him now, after the second fiddle we're gonna take black the white house and focus on the thing, in the last hundred years, you know what I mean, c'mon man! End of quote.
Well, when your employment is tied to HR being satisfied, then yeah they're going to say "how great it is". 😒
HR departments are marxism. People who don't produce controlling those that do.
It was invented with the purpose of hiring women without putting them in a real job.
Problem is, management gave them too much power and influence, instead of keeping them sequestered.
The real problem is, voting gave them too much power and influence.
We can all see how that turned out rolls eyes
Huge swathes of their work are dealing with compliance too. The dead weight of government regulation.
And defending from other women who might sue the company if they hear a guy telling a joke they don't like.
Managing payroll and benefits is a real job, in my opinion.
HR should not be enforcing participation in their personal political ideology on threat of employment termination of anyone who disagrees with them.
HR definitely does not do payrolls.
Depends on the company. HR is sometimes truly necessary when they do actual work.
I think some benefit of structuring labor laws makes sense. Saves some trouble of different oversights or abuses people fall into.
Quote from Matthew Hammond, assistant chief of the department’s division’s telecommunications and broadband section.
Out out out!
BRUH start the helicopter
Try working in a corporate environment when your boss or HR asks what you think of the training.
Exactly!!!! Never did I reply to an HR survey about trainings, even when anon, because they aren't anon. Not a chance.
Thank you Geotus! No unnecessary programs!!!
Any organization eventually exists merely to feed and grow itself.
"I hope we once again have reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There's a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: As government expands, liberty contracts."
The factory must grow.
Here's another: "confess your racism struggle sessions". This stuff is right out of Mao's playbook. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olXipfCKUoo
No one is excited about those type of training classes. Fucking liar.
What he means by that is - "If I don't see you looking excited at our next diversity event, I'm going to make a mental note of that for your performance review".
This is such a big change and this change needs to continue, to all variants of it, including all levels of education.
simple and only answer for large institutions, I think.
What the fuck is “unconscious bias?” Is that like when I assume somebody is a pedophile because they support Joe Biden?
It's their trick to say that all white people are racist, no matter what they believe or do.
It's to dehumanize white people in preparation for the genocide.

Ok, downvoted.
"Bias" is a Marxist term to make people stupid. Our brain sees patterns and wants to make logical decisions on them.
Try to name a legitimate bias. You can't. Of course ceteris paribus I'm going to listen more to the employee who's been in the company for years compared to a new employee.
Anytime I see 'bias', I group it in with the 'Science is real' and 'love is love' idiots.
^ this guy sciences.
If one is obese, it's the proof that he's not health conscious and doesn't care about his body.
So it's not a bias, it's just a fact.
Any more examples?
What example where the predictions do not reflect reality exist?
LOL!
A disease someone is told they have, that can't be detected and there's no cure.
Now PayPal me, bigxt
Bingo, all a money grab and those who say it isn't are a pawn and not the ones getting paid.
Thats bias? I thought that was fact.
"Truth over facts!"
You know how every human being has their own perception of reality, well if you're white you should internalize that you're wrong and non-whites perception of reality is correct.
I would just assume it's every corporation at this point.
Sure is.
I work in a government office - they are doing this shit in my office. Pretty much every organization larger than a pizza parlor is doing this.
It has to be banned from public education. This is poisoning rational thought from a young age. Look at how radicalized people get from four years of this shit in universities. A kid raised on 1619 project and crt is going to be an absolute psychological nightmare of an adult.
With the anxiety, depression, and suicide that comes with it.
This is a step in the right direction.
Now do Department of Education.
Now get rid of Department of Education.
Yeah it’s amazing how much people don’t want to get rid of their “free daycare” or do anything to change their kids’ abysmal school district
Should start with ending high school since those kids aren't daycare age.
Agree 100%.
And their pervy sex education programs, too. Sorry, but a six year old does not need to be taught about "pleasuring" himself ( Or others )!
Still remember my University had us do one of those as a homework assignment. Even the lefties in the class were getting results that said they were biased against x,y,z and they were like, nah that's some bullshit.
Those results were likely correct to one degree or another.
Racism is a Marxist construct. It's just tribalism re-branded.
Tribalism is hardwired into the brain of every human. It's a feature, not a bug.
To be fair, I remember some of them saying they were biased against whites even though they were white, and they were confused. You could be right since white guilt. I think others were biased against asian. Only conclusion I can draw there is that it was an engineering school filled with Chinese foreign students.
This cant be repeated enough.
God forbid you tell people that. Even here I've seen folks say some dumb shit like we've evolved past tribalism.
Good
I’m not sitting through 3 hours of some woke liberal telling me how everything I do is racist and I need to feel bad about it
I really simple way to make them so angry they forget how to speak is to go along with them.
Leftist: YOU’RE RACIST!!!!
Me: Aye
Leftist: jdiehdornwosnrifjr!!!!!!!!!
It’s funny every time.
The question no one seems to be asking is who authorized this type of training in the first place?
That is an interesting question. I don't know the answer.
The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DIE) that is taking hold and gaining power in every branch of the government and every corporate office in America.
Sounds like communist propaganda to me.
I think that question will take you as far down the rabbit hole as you want to go, back to John Dewey and beyond. At this point, I don't think it's as important to find its origins as it is to simply fight it. Whatever answers you get are going to lead to the same conclusion: cut out the cancer.
Isnt it peculiar that "unconscious bias" only effects white people? No other race or culture has any INNATE, unconscious bias towards anyone else?
Isn't it peculiar that other white people would foist this upon other white people, to harm their career opportunities and empower racists who hate white people.
Tbf these kinds of white people are making me hate white people too.
And I’m white.
Who's that pokemon?
White guilt is a hell of a drug and they're pushers.
Fun fact- if you look through the studies, you’ll find that even black people have bias against black people compared to whites
Awesome.
Fuck those commies.
Trump finally tackling institutional racism!
Finally someone has the guts to ban all this harmful pseudoscience being taught in the workplace.
I could say I lot, but I'll just say this.
WINNING!
need to expand this crackdown to corporate America too!
Think that's our job. But to be fair, I have no idea how to get started.
Leaking.
good, it is destroying businesses, by adding the additional job of- 'watching the white co-workers and neighbors for this micro aggression behavior'
Let's cancel 'muh white supremes' FBI "Director" Wray while we're at it. How about we just cancel all bureaus and bureaucrats?

He should do this for the schools. They should be teaching more advanced math, science, and trades not critical race theory garbage.
Excellent idea.
Part of why the 1776 Commission on education was created.
We need programs to root out 'unconscious bullshit'
Woke is a religion.
Yes, and the problem is, there is only Original Sin, which means no redemption and no forgiveness. Once you have acknowledged your sin, you are exiled and banished to the wilderness (cancel culture). It's sick and very primitive.
Oddly enough one of the few religions that offers no absolution.
Now demand institutions who get federal funding to do the same.
The hammond guy needs to be fired and all "diversity departments" disbanded next.
If you're white, you ain't black..
Shaun King enters the chat
Now do the private sector!
We haven’t been forced into bunk race theory yet, but all the other check boxes are there.
I just go to the end of the training and guess. I write down the first word in the correct answer after I’m wrong and try again.
They get their check boxes and I don’t have to read their garbage.
“It does not appear that the Division has much, if any, discretion related to postponing the training at this moment,” Matthew Hammond, assistant chief of the department’s division’s telecommunications and broadband section, wrote in an email obtained by MarketWatch. “We were excited about this training.
This needs to happen in every school and company too
How about removing any tax payers money out of any program that teaches this shit.
'unconscious bias' is dystopian thought-police bullshit.
Yes! Good! Attack it! Strike it down! The madness needs to end! Let them know the gravity of the consequences for their actions!
Abolish all "diversity committees" that cannot articulate, or even recognize, any unintended negative consequences of their actions. Our 'diversity' specialists have been low-bidder affairs recruited from pools of biased (racist!) activists.
If anyone feels these positions are justified -- recruit them from trained debating teams who come fully prepared to debate both sides of an issue -- and at the beginning of the meeting, flip a coin.
critical anything theory is damn joke. all it does it critique it doesn't add anything.
What about schools taking down historical statues due to "racism"? These people are destroying our history
Market watch is a piece of shit website. JUST GIVE ME THE FUCKING STOCK PRICE ASSHOLES! I don't give a fuck about your globalist/anti-white opinions
They really do print some bat-shit crazy stuff, but their stock info is first-rate.
Given the amount of conscious bias we've seen in the swamp dwellers who infect all these departments, with their TDS ... I'd say the next step is pretty obvious:
Eliminate all the offices of 'Diversity and Inclusion', no matter WHAT they are called.
Now do Education.
