Vitamin D: this is fundamental. Everything hinges on it and there are now many studies showing how it improves immune system function, and lowers your likelihood of respiratory tract infections. Take daily.
Selenium: low selenium is linked to rapid viral mutations towards lethality in vivo (inside you). If you suspect you may have a viral infection, take a selenium supplement
Zinc: interferes with viral replication inside cells. Good for overall immune system function. Take at least weekly, and more if you are sick.
Hydroxychloroquine: wonder drug, I have a post in my history about this: good for inflammation, good for interfering with viral RNA transcription (screws up viral replication), and more. If you can't get Hydroxychloroquine, regular tonic water contains much lower levels of quinine, which may help even without reaching a clinically significant dose.
