The implicit assumption behind the proposal for "Latinx" and using the "x" for Spanish nouns is that Spanish is somehow "not inclusive". But this implicit assumption is incorrect.
In Spanish, the pluralized male form of a noun functions to cover groups of both sexes and is understood that way by any native-fluent speaker. For example:
"Un grupo de humanos" can include both men and women despite the "o".
"Un grupo de humanxs" is not useful and simply doesn't exist in the Spanish language.
"Latinx" is compelled speech used to attack a language that contains biological sex (male and female), it's a social justice thing, not natural linguistic evolution. That's why virtually NO ONE uses it outside the US, and it is used by ~3% of Spanish speakers in the US which is where the SJW language-control obsession comes from.
