I think it had to do with a girl, just not the way people immediately think of. I think Adam and a certain girl stopped getting along and a certain girl wanted more airtime. So she told Tim that if he didn't get rid of Adam, she would quit. Tim probably weighed his options and realized he'd soon be able to have guests sit in Adam's spot. He brought it up to Adam and asked him to leave, and Adam agreed because he doesn't like fighting with anyone and wanted to preserve his friendship with Tim.

From the sounds of it, Adam was never intended to be a permanent fixture on TimcastIRL. You are more likely to harm your friendships than force people through their own cognitive dissonance. They need to come to those conclusions themselves. You should provide them resources that encourage that to happen.
Just be patient. The cognitive dissonance will resolve with time. People basically just need time to let go of their old position and come around to the new one. The first thing is to never make them feel uncomfortable and always present yourself as a friendly presence. Planting the right ideas and waiting is half the battle.
I'm saying this as a guy who had to learn persuasion as a lawyer- not just in the quick courtroom sense (which gives you very little time to redpill people, you essentially have to pick persuadable people in jury selection) but also the longer term sense of convincing people to take plea deals they don't want to, getting the opposing side to give you what you want without a fight, etc.

Just want to say it is extremely refreshing to see someone realize the good Trump is doing and realize how instead of people honestly trying to provide a different strategy for the issues they are simply covering them up with other things or changing the subject.
On a personal note my redpill came the first 6 months after Trump was elected when I had a conversation with someone glued to CNN and everytime they complained about something Trump was doing I would ask them, what would you personally do different. Not a single time of about 6 "vents" this person had did he have an actual solution that was different than what Trump was doing and about 3 times his suggestion ended up being the same thing Trump was already doing and when it was pointed out it was always the same "well I hadn't heard about that." Finally the last time he tried to vent to me about something and realized Trump was doing, I finally told him you gotta get off that CNN nipple my friend and start thinking for yourself.
Since that day his view of politica has drastically changed and while I wouldn't call him a Trump supporter it definitely altered his way of thinking a bit, and for those that don't know. As Dan Bongino famously says fairly often "You don't argue with them to convert them, you argue with them for the third party bystanders listening who might not be programmed and still rationally think." Needless to say our office is primarily Trump supporting now as a result of his "rants" about Trump.

TO BE FAIR, I still watch and enjoy his show. But yeah, I can imagine him being frustrating to have a conversation with, and typically x out of his Timcast videos after the first two or three minutes, once the ranting starts. The talk show with Adam was MUCH better because it toned down the yelling into the mic and gave breaks between the rants.

Obviously I’m speculating but I think it was just Tim wants a Joe Rogan clone show, and Adam was getting VERY popular, and in Tims mind, Adam was straying the show from that format (and in fairness the show was nothing like Rogan...but that’s what Tim wanted I guess?) He probably also didn’t like sharing the spotlight equally.
Also the fact Tim would so often reiterated things Adam already said, but Tim frames it as if he was making a counter point to be correct I think shows he just didn’t like being challenged for lead honcho.

Indeed it was eh? I think the toughest part is just making sure there is something to talk about. I love being on stage and i have a solid viewership. As long as the people show up for me it is easy.
