Just be patient. The cognitive dissonance will resolve with time. People basically just need time to let go of their old position and come around to the new one. The first thing is to never make them feel uncomfortable and always present yourself as a friendly presence. Planting the right ideas and waiting is half the battle.

I'm saying this as a guy who had to learn persuasion as a lawyer- not just in the quick courtroom sense (which gives you very little time to redpill people, you essentially have to pick persuadable people in jury selection) but also the longer term sense of convincing people to take plea deals they don't want to, getting the opposing side to give you what you want without a fight, etc.
