That's Victoria, our southern most state, apart from the island. Like most Australian states, it is largely low population rural with a densely populated major city, Melbourne. Melbourne is very much a founding city, like Boston or New York. Traditionally it's been our Mediterranean migrant city - specifically Greeks. Though in recent years this has given way to mainland African migration. It thinks itself to be very progressive.
