Hello all. If you wouldn’t mind, please pray for me. I’m a police officer serving in a midsized city. Lately my morale has been in the toilet; it’s so hard to get the motivation to go to work. I’m emotionally and mentally exhausted by the hate and violence directed at me. While I love my work and truly believe it’s my calling, right now I feel defeated.

Edit: what an amazing community this is. Logged in on my lunch break and was overwhelmed by the outpouring of encouragement, prayer, and support. Thank you all. My spirits are lifted immeasurably. Showed my partner and he was blown away.
O holy Archangel St. Michael, I ask your special protection and prayers for all police men and women, especially u/Plugs.
Go with all the angels and saints before the throne of God and ask Him to keep them safe from harm, dedicated to serving and protecting their communities, and full of empathy and compassion for their fellow man.
