That's not how voting fraud works. They don't just make up people's names and forge. It isn't simply making an unlimited number of fake votes. It actually requires deep fraud at multiple levels to even do a couple thousand of votes.
Even California, fraud all around, has been able to fake 15-20k total state votes.
It's not as simple just to print 50k ballots with Joe Smoe as the name. The US will also be installing police and federal agents at voting centers and counting centers. They will also be monitored by cameras.
