They say the amendment states:

Section 1: Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.

But just look below it at HJ-Res 35

SECTION1. Women shall have equal rights in the 8United States and every place subject to its jurisdiction. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Guess which version of the amendment they will pursue?
