It's a total refusal to recognize black people for their individuality. To Joy Behar, black people are not offended by her blackface, they all vote Democrat, they all look the same, are all good at basketball, and they all like fried chicken, watermelon and grape soda. So if you don't fit her stereotype then you aren't black. Same for Joe Biden. Judge how much Democrats care about black people by how they treat the ones that they can't get something from.
